Our staff are trained to listen to your problem and ask you pertinent questions to establish whether your difficulty should be dealt with immediately or whether we can schedule you into a normal appointment time.
When you attend your appointment, it may be necessary to put drops into your eyes which may make seeing your way home difficult. If so, we recommend that another person brings you, or you take public transport/taxi. You may also become quite sensitive to daylight. If you have a pair of sunglasses, take these with you as well.
